My Story

After over two decades in the consumer finance banking sector, I realized that the knowledge and experience I had accumulated could be leveraged to significantly impact a broader spectrum of businesses. This insight led me to establish my consulting practice, providing fractional executive support.​

Throughout my career, I've had the privilege of leading various initiatives that not only drove substantial growth for the organizations I worked with but also taught me the intricacies of launching new products and driving revenue.

Consulting has been immensely rewarding for me. It offers the unique opportunity to directly provide my expertise to businesses that are at a critical time of growth but may lack the necessary experience or capacity to move forward. It is very fulfilling seeing these companies thrive.

My approach is tailored and hands-on. I dive deep into the businesses I work with, aligning their goals with actionable, data-driven strategies. By focusing on small to mid-sized companies, I can effect change at a fundamental level.

During her tenure at Sallie Mae, where she held various leadership positions, Jen demonstrated her expertise in shaping innovative strategies to expand business lines and enhance customer experiences. As Senior Vice President, she led marketing efforts and played a pivotal role in developing new products including credit card and personal loan, expanding SLM's private student loan business, and diversifying revenue streams.

With a reputation as a change leader, Jen is known for her ability to articulate clear visions, inspire high-performing teams, and foster entrepreneurial cultures. Her passion lies in helping clients conceptualize and execute winning strategies, leveraging her comprehensive expertise in product management, business operations, and analytics.

Previously serving on the Board of Directors of Deserve, a digital-first credit card company, Jen brings a wealth of industry knowledge and a proven track record of driving transformative change.
